Terms and conditions:

• My child/s or organisations workshop will take place on the date(s) and time(s) outlined in the program.

• Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information for each child, including full name, age, and emergency contact details if different to your own.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and is collected on time.

• All medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, and additional needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.

• If a child is unwell, staff reserve the right to request the child be collected.

• All children are expected to follow staff instructions and behave respectfully toward others.

• We reserve the right to contact a parent/guardian to collect a child whose behaviour compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.

• Parents/guardians acknowledge that while all reasonable care is taken, participation in activities may involve inherent risks.

• You consent to staff providing basic first aid if required.

• You may opt in or out of photo and video consent at the time of booking. You understand and agree that by opting in you are giving permission of Bloom From Within to publish photos and videos on social media platforms and their website.

• All personal information collected is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of delivering the workshop program.

• Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
