CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand that sometimes sudden changes are made.

Cancellation policy

workshops

  • Cancellations made more than 1 week before the workshop date: A full refund of the amount paid will be given  

  • Cancellations made 4 days before presentation date: 50% of the deposited amount will be refunded

  • Cancellations within 3 days of presentation date: No refund will be given for cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled workshop date. However, you may  rescheduled to another workshop if possible.

  • If cancellation is due to illness parents/carers are eligible for a 50% refund OR Free reschedule to another workshop, subject to availability.

Rescheduling policy

Workshop bookings

  • 7 days or more notice given: Rescheduling requests made with 7 days or more notice of the presentation date will not incur a rescheduling fee. 

  • 6 days or less notice given: may be rescheduled to a new workshop date, subject to availability, with a $20 rescheduling fee.

  • Parents may transfer the booking to another child (friend, cousin, sibling) at no additional cost, provided the organiser is notified at least 24 hours before the workshop.
