Bloom From Within is an organisation that provides self-confidence education to young people, so they can feel confident in themselves.
In order to help more school communities, we produce material for educational presentations, our website, social media and print promotions that aim to inspire students to understand their mental health.
Video footage or photographs taken from the Bloom From Within school programs are used to spread this message in promotional or inspirational materials.
No images of your child will be published without your permission.
Bloom From Within would like to request your permission to use photos and video footage of your child for the purposes outlined above. 

I give permission for the following:  

• I give permission for photographs or video footage of my child to be published on the Bloom From Within website, presentation slides, social media accounts, print promotions, newspapers and other media channels for educational, promotional or marketing purposes.

• I give my permission for photographs and video footage of my child to be used perpetually by Bloom From Within in the agreed publications without acknowledgement, remuneration or compensation.

• I understand and agree that if I wish to withdraw my consent for my child’s image from photograph or video footage appearing in any or all of the publications above, it is my responsibility to inform Bloom From Within of this decision.
